Crew Member

Seasonal Crew Members will join our landscape construction team, assisting them in creating upscale landscapes and hardscapes. Duties include mulching, edging, operating equipment, and paver installation. Other activities may include tree removal, seeding, and snow removal.

Qualifications

  • Able to lift 50lbs+ consistently

  • Ready to work in intense conditions (heat, cold, etc.)

  • Monday through Friday 40hr/week availability

  • Reliable transportation/valid drivers license

  • Landscape construction experience is a plus

  • Hourly pay based on experience and qualifications

 

Landscaper
Crew Leader

This position is for a working foreman who is a motivating leader and team player that will manage a crew of 2 to 4 crew members. Must be able to manage and perform landscape jobs in an efficient and safe manner.

 

Qualifications

  • Possesses time management skills leading 2 to 4 crew members

  • Demonstrates strong communication skills

  • Willingness to teach crew members basic landscape skills and techniques

  • Ability to drive a truck and trailer

  • 5+ years of landscaping experience

  • Experience leading a crew is a plus
